Add a form You can add a form to your page, using the Table Gallery. 1 Click the "Add Table" icon. "Add it here" buttons appear in all locations where you can add a form. 2 Click an "Add it here" button where you want to add a form. 3 On the Add Table page, click the "Create a form" link or Form Builder tab. 4 Click the "Choose" button beneath the form style that you wish to use. The Form Settings page displays. 6 Select how you wish to receive form submissions, and then click the "Done" button to add the form to your web site. From there, you can edit the form settings and add and edit form elements. Close Help Window
