Edit a Form
You can add columns and rows, change the background colors, borders, or spacing within a form by clicking on the "Edit Table" button that appears beneath your form. The preview that is displayed will update to reflect the changes that you make.

Column Options allows you to add or delete columns in your form.

The "Add Column" button adds a column after the last column in the form.

The "Set column widths" button takes you to the Height and Width page, where you can define your columns and rows.

Row Options allows you to add or delete rows in your form. The "Add Row" button adds a row after the last row in the form.

Each row and column displays buttons that allow you to perform several functions, as described below:


Move this column left
Move this column left.

Move this column right
Move this column right.

Move this row up
Move this row up.

Move this row down
Move this row down.

Copy column/row
Copy this column or row.

Delete column/row
Delete this column or row.


Background color The Color link in each cell allows you to change the background color for that individual cell.


Alignment The Alignment link in each cell allows you to specify the placement of content within that individual cell.

Form border draws a line around the form. You can specify the width and color of the border. If you do not want a border around your form, set the border width to 0.

Cellpadding adds space between each cell border and the contents of the cell. You can increase or decrease the cellpadding by selecting the desired value from the dropdown list.

Cell border adds grid lines between the table cells. You can turn cell border on or off and specify the color of the cell border.

Form background color changes the background color of the entire form. The preview displays the background color of the form. To change the background color of an individual form cell, click on the Color link within that cell in the preview at the top of the page.

Form width defines the amount of space that the form will occupy on the page. You can set the width in percentage or pixels. To set the width, enter a value and select the appropriate radio button.

Note Each of your pages has a layout consisting of different page areas. You can choose a different page layout if you are not happy with the width that the current layout allows. To make a selection, click on the dropdown box and choose from the list of percent values.

Printer friendly version allows you to add a button to your web site. When a visitor clicks the button, the form will display by itself on a new page so that it prints correctly.
