You use the Picture Gallery when you're adding or replacing a picture on a page.
Pictures that you have uploaded using Site Builder are listed on the My Pictures tab. Pictures from your online community's clipart and photo gallery are listed on the Clipart & Photos tab.
On the My Pictures tab:
The My Pictures tab can display your pictures in Text View or Thumbnail View. Text View displays the filenames for all of the pictures you have uploaded. Thumbnail View displays your pictures on a series of pages, showing 10 pictures on each page. To view pictures on a different page, click on the appropriate page link or the Previous or Next links that appear at the top of the page.

| • | To remove a picture from the gallery, click "Delete." |
| • | To view a thumbnail preview of an image, click "Preview". |
| The Preview link appears within Text View for all images and within Thumbnail View for GIF images larger than 5K. A pop-up window displays a preview of your image. | |

To upload another one of your pictures to
the Picture Gallery, click the "Upload pictures" button.

| You can upload .jpg and .gif image files to the Picture Gallery. | |
| • | To change the view, click on the "Change to Thumbnail View" or "Change to Text View" link that appears at the top of the page. |
On the Clipart & Photos tab:
| 1 | Click "View Category" to open a category listing. |
| 2 | Repeat step 1 as needed to drill down through the categories to reach the category with the pictures you want to see. |
| 3 | To look at a picture, click "Preview." |
| The preview shows the large size of the picture, its ALT text, and the picture at its actual size. You can edit the ALT text or click "Choose this picture" to add the picture to your page. | |
| 4 | To add a picture to the page, click "Choose." |
