Submit responses to a URL Note that this feature requires knowledge of HTML. On the Form settings page,
you can choose how you want to receive form submissions. If you want to have
the form submissions sent to a URL, click the Advanced options button that appears
at the bottom of the Form settings page.
The Form settings page refreshes to display several fields in the "Submit responses to a URL" section. In the Method dropdown box, specify whether the form submission will happen through a "GET" or a "POST". In the Action text box, enter the URL that will receive the submitted response. In HTML Mode, you can click the
"Edit HTML" button to go to an advanced screen where you can customize the form submission
using HTML tags. Note that this requires knowledge of HTML.
When you have finished selecting the form submission method and would like to return to your web
site, click "Done".
