Product Name Enter the name of the product, as it will appear in your catalog. This is a required field.

Item # (SKU) You have the option of adding a SKU number that you can use for inventory or tracking purposes. Enter the SKU number in the text box.

Price Enter the price and, optionally, the sale price for the product. You do not need to include the currency symbol. It will default to US$.

Category The category section lists all of the categories that are included in your catalog. You can select one or more categories in which this product will display. To make a selection, click the checkbox beside the category name, so that a checkmark appears.

To select a subcategory, click on the category link. In the pop-up window that displays, click the checkbox beside the subcategory name, so that a checkmark appears. Click the "Done" button to return to the Product Settings page.

Image You can add an image that will appear as part of your product listing. Click the Picture Gallery button to add a picture. You will be taken to your Picture Gallery, where you can select an existing picture or upload a new picture.

Short Description The short description displays on the main product listing page. Type your text in the available text box. You can use the rich text options to format the text.

Long Description The long description displays on the product information page for this individual product. Type your text in the available text box. You can use the rich text options to format the text.

Seller Note The Seller Note field allows you to make notes and comments about your products that will not be visible to your site visitors. The information you enter in the Seller Note section will appear only in this product settings form. It will not be visible on the product catalog pages that your visitors see.

Hide The Hide checkbox gives you the option to make the product listing inactive. If you select this checkbox, the product listing will be accessible to you through the E-Store Builder, but will not display within any of the catalog pages in your web site.

Additional PayPal Options

If you use the PayPal order processing option, there are some additional product settings.

Product Options If your product includes options that you want to make available to your site visitors, you can define them in the Product Options section.

Shipping Address You have the option of requiring your customers to provide you with their shipping addresses. Click the appropriate radio button to make your selection.

Shipping Charge You have the option to override the global PayPal shipping charge. To override, enter the amount that you wish to change. In addition, you must select the override option at PayPal, or else this information will be ignored.
