Selection list

Note The following information helps you to create the selection list that appears on your form. If you would like some introductory text to precede the list, you must add that text separately.

In the Name field, enter an attribute name that will be used to identify this form element. This name is required, but is not visible within the form.

The Multiple selections checkbox allows you to specify whether you wish to offer multiple choices in the dropdown list box. To offer multiple choices, check the box.

In Selection list options, you can enter the choices that your visitors will see in your form.

In the "Options" text box, type the choice that will display on the form.
In the "Submit Value" text box, type a value for that option. As with the Name attribute, this text does not display within the form.
If you want the option to be selected by default, put a checkmark in the "Selected" box.
Click the "Add another" button to continue adding options.

To choose a list, select it and click the Populate button. The screen refreshes to display all of the available options. You can add or delete any choices. Click Delete all to remove all of the options displayed.

HTML Mode brings you to an advanced screen where you can customize the selection list using HTML tags. Note that this feature requires knowledge of HTML.
