Note The following information helps you to create the multi line text box that appears on your form. If you would like some introductory text to precede the text box, you must add that text separately.

In the Name field, enter an attribute name that will be used to identify this form element. This name is required, but is not visible within the form.

In Columns (Width), you can specify the length of the text box. We recommend a width of 60 or less, to ensure that the text box fits on your page.

In Rows (Height), you can specify the number of rows in the text box. We recommend a height of 10 or less.

In Initial content, enter a default value that will display within the text box when visitors see your form.

HTML Mode brings you to an advanced screen where you can customize the text box using HTML tags. Note that this feature requires knowledge of HTML.
